Jay is frustrated at work, Manny is stressed out from school to work, Gloria would like to help, but nobody seems to want. Phil and Claire meets Director Duane Bailey, once again, that is out campaigning for his second run, and he is just as annoying as mentioned - so much so that Claire could give him a run for his money. Mitch and Cam get a fender bender and the other runs away from the car, it will be a turning point for all the men of the family who decides to vent their frustration for the child to make an issue of Haley.
